   Obtain Approvals for deviations as per authority matrix ( HKA/SD/GM )

   Coordinate with branch accountants to ensure accuracy and timely posting of trade-related entries.
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain an up-to-date tracker for all claims (approved, pending, settled).
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure visibility of all active customer contracts and trade agreements.
  </li>
  <li>
   Support Key Account Managers by providing visibility on total trade spend per customer.
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepare monthly reports summarizing total trade expenses, discounts, and rebates.
  </li>
  <li>
   Conduct periodic reconciliations between sales, finance, and accounting records.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure all claims are aligned with contractual terms, budgets, and internal policies.
  </li>
  <li>
   Support audit by maintaining complete documentation and justification for all processed claims.
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist in process improvement initiatives for claims tracking and financial transparency.
  </li>

Trade Business Analyst – KA & E-Commerce

   Review &amp; Analyze Modern Trade and E-Commerce weekly/monthly promotions at relevant customers.
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate with Trade Account Executive -KA &amp; E-commerce for approved discount recording and reporting.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure to maintain accurate records of rebate agreements and additional support contracts for Modern Trade and E-Commerce customers to support financial analysis.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure trade spend analysis Vs BUDGET (discounts, rebates, and promotional investments) by channel.
  </li>
  <li>
   Perform pricing analysis by channel, and customer to identify opportunities for revenue and margin optimization.
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepare and circulate monthly trade investment and discounts reports Vs budget in coordination of Sales team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist to prepare Margins analysis by route, depot, and regions.
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop and recommend internal controls (SOPs) to safeguard commercial spending, enhance process compliance, and prevent revenue leakage.
  </li>
  <li>
   Partner with System Support/IT teams to design and implement new projects and automated tools for commercial spending, pricing analysis, and reporting.
  </li>
  <li>
   Continuously improve existing reporting processes to increase efficiency and data accuracy.
  </li>
