 Qualifications &amp; Experience
 
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in mechanical engineering or Dairy Processing Engineering
 
 
 &bull; Minimum 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in dairy processing and equipment, preferably in a dairy plant. &bull; Strong knowledge of dairy processing technologies (pasteurization, homogenization, UHT, CIP, separation, mixing, etc.).
 
 
 &bull; Proven experience in project execution, equipment installation, and commissioning. &bull; Familiarity with hygienic design standards and food safety regulations.
 
 
 &bull; Experience in performing mass balance, heat balance, hydraulic calculations, and utility load estimations, ensuring that process calculations meet performance expectations (KPI), quality, and safety requirements.
 
 
 &bull; Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. &bull; Strong communication and coordination abilities.
 
 
 &bull; Proficiency in AutoCAD or Inventor for process design and equipment layout.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 Project Implementation &amp; Support
 
 
 
 &bull; Assist the Plant Project Manager in the execution of capital and improvement projects within the dairy process plant.
 
 
 &bull; Support in preparing project plans, schedules, and budgets related to process systems.
 
 
 &bull; Coordinate with equipment suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders for project execution.
 
 
 &bull; Monitor project progress and provide technical input to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. Technical Support &amp; Documentation
 
 
 &bull; Prepare technical documentation, including equipment specifications, SOPs, and commissioning reports.
 
 
 &bull; Participate in FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) and SAT (Site Acceptance Tests) for process equipment.
 
 
 &bull; Support commissioning and start-up of new lines and process plants.
 
 
 &bull; Assist in troubleshooting and resolving process-related issues during project execution. Cross-
 
 Functional Collaboration
 
 
 
 &bull; Work closely with the Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams to ensure smooth integration of new projects.
 
 
 &bull; Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure compliance with company requirements.
 
 
 &bull; Provide technical training and support to plant operators and maintenance teams on new equipment and processes. Compliance &amp; Safety
 
 
 &bull; Ensure that all process designs and project executions comply with regulatory, environmental, and safety standards.
 
 
 &bull; Support in implementing sustainable and energy-efficient process solutions.
