We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer/Architect to join our growing studio. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage projects from concept development to execution, with strong skills in design, technical drawings, material selection, and client coordination.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and manage interior design projects from initial concept to final installation.</li></ul><ul><li>Develop creative and functional design concepts aligned with client briefs.</li></ul><ul><li>Produce detailed drawings and 3D visualizations using software such as 3ds Max, AutoCAD or Revit.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare mood boards, material palettes, and presentations for client approval.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and consultants to ensure design integrity during execution.</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met.</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure timely delivery of projects.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Interior Design or related field.</li></ul><ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design (residential, commercial, or hospitality).</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in 3ds Max, AutoCAD or Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong project management and organizational skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communication and client presentation skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience with FF&amp;E specifications and BOQ documentation.</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of local design standards and codes.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant to manage the financial operations of our interior design studio. The role involves overseeing financial records, managing project-related expenses, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and UAE regulations.The ideal candidate will support the studio&rsquo;s leadership with accurate financial reporting and help maintain efficient financial systems that support project execution and company growth.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management<ul><li>Manage accounts payable and receivable.</li><li>Monitor cash flow and prepare financial reports.</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.</li><li>Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.</li><li>Coordinate and place orders .</li><li>Assisting at the office if required</li><li>Preparing tax documents</li></ul>Project Accounting<ul><li>Track project budgets and expenses related to interior design projects.</li><li>Monitor procurement costs including materials, furniture, and contractor payments.</li><li>Ensure financial tracking aligns with project timelines and budgets.</li><li>Prepare cost reports for ongoing projects.</li></ul>Payroll &amp; Employee Payments<ul><li>Process monthly payroll and employee benefits.</li><li>Prepare salary certificates and financial documentation when required.</li><li>Monitor staff expenses and reimbursements.</li></ul>Invoices &amp; Client Payments<ul><li>Follow up on client payments and maintain payment schedules.</li><li>Coordinate with the project team to ensure accurate billing.</li><li>Issue invoices for design services and project milestones.</li></ul>Procurement &amp; Vendor Payments<ul><li>Manage supplier invoices and payment schedules.</li><li>Track furniture, materials, and contractor payments.</li><li>Maintain records of purchase orders and contracts.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Tax<ul><li>Ensure compliance with UAE accounting regulations and VAT requirements.</li><li>Prepare VAT returns and financial statements.</li><li>Coordinate with external auditors when necessary.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years experience, preferably in architecture, interior design, construction, or consulting industries.</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations.</li><li>Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP, etc.).</li><li>Strong organizational and analytical skills.</li></ul>Skills Required<ul><li>Financial reporting and analysis</li><li>Budget management</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Communication and coordination with project teams</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems</li></ul>Key Attributes<ul><li>Highly organized and reliable</li><li>Ability to manage multiple financial tasks simultaneously</li><li>Professional discretion with confidential information</li><li>Understanding of project-based business operations</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
