With physical stores in Lahore &amp; Karachi and a strong e-commerce footprint, we are scaling aggressively and looking for a dynamic **Sales &amp; Marketing Lead** who can take our brand to the next level.---Role Overview**We are seeking a **resourceful, creative, and growth-driven female professional** with 4&ndash;5 years of hands-on experience in retail fashion AND e-commerce.The ideal candidate has worked in a **leading retail brand** (e.g., Khaadi, Outfitters, Ideas, Hopscotch, Nishat, Breakout, etc.) and is comfortable operating in a **startup-like, bottom-up environment** where she learns, builds, improves, and leads simultaneously.You must be passionate about **sales generation, branding, content creation, META strategy, influencer marketing, retail activation, and customer experience** &mdash; and fully responsible for increasing Cotton Dimples&rsquo; top line.---Key Responsibilities**## **1. Sales Growth (Primary Responsibility)*** Develop and execute monthly sales plans for online and retail stores* Improve conversion rates across e-commerce, Instagram, and physical outlets* Lead commercial planning: pricing, discounts, seasonal launches* Monitor KPIs: ROAS, CAC, repeat customer rate, AOV, retention---## **2. Digital Marketing &amp; Content Strategy*** Design and run high-performing Meta, TikTok, and Google campaigns* Plan content calendars aligned with the Designer Kidswear positioning* Coordinate photoshoots &amp; video content (Sora/Gemini AI + real shoots)* Liaise with economical freelancers for content creation and graphic design* Manage social media pages, engagement, and paid collaborations---## **3. Brand Building &amp; Customer Experience*** Create customer personas, refine brand positioning, and strengthen identity* Build loyalty through storytelling, CRM, and customer retention strategies* Work with store teams to deliver a premium &ldquo;designer wear&rdquo; in-store experience---## **4. Retail Strategy*** Plan in-store activations, seasonal displays, and visual merchandising* Coordinate with retail managers for monthly footfall and sales targets* Analyze retail KPIs and optimize product placement &amp; inventory flow---## **5. Experiential, ATL &amp; BTL Marketing*** Organize mall activations, pop-ups, daycare partnerships, mom-community events* Plan ATL/BTL campaigns that elevate Cotton Dimples as a designer kidswear brand* Build strong vendor relationships for economical marketing production---## **6.
