## About the Role

Cotton Dimples is looking for a **creative, trend-savvy Graphic Designer** who can bring ideas to life and help position our brand at the forefront of customers' minds. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media aesthetics, branding, and digital storytelling, with the ability to create compelling visuals that drive engagement and conversions.

## Key Responsibilities

* Design creative visuals for social media, website, email marketing, digital ads, retail stores, and marketing campaigns.

* Create engaging posts, carousels, stories, banners, GIFs, short animations, and promotional creatives.

* Design high-converting creatives for Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

* Develop campaign concepts and visual identities for seasonal launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.

* Collaborate with the Brand and Performance Marketing teams to create conversion-focused creatives.

* Stay updated with social media trends, platform best practices, and emerging design styles.

* Create and edit motion graphics, short animations, and basic video assets for digital campaigns.

* Utilize AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Gemini, Runway, Kling, Sora (or similar) for image generation, creative ideation, and video creation.

* Generate AI-assisted lifestyle imagery, product mockups, backgrounds, and campaign concepts while maintaining brand consistency.

* Prepare artwork for both digital and print applications, including POS materials, outdoor branding, packaging, and event collateral.

* Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and content creators to ensure cohesive visual communication.

* Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.

## Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

* 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably with a retail, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brand.

* Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, branding, and social media campaigns.

* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Canva.

* Experience creating motion graphics, GIFs, short animations, and social media videos.

* Working knowledge of AI-based image and video generation tools.

* Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, branding, and digital marketing creatives.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

## Bonus Skills

* Experience with photography or videography.

* Knowledge of UI/web design principles.

* Familiarity with Shopify creative assets and e-commerce design.

* Experience designing for children's, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
