The ideal candidate will manage financial records, process transactions, and ensure accuracy and compliance by handling tasks like accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and preparing financial reports. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate ledgers, assisting with audits, and communicating with vendors and clients, all while staying current on accounting standards. .Responsibilities&bull;⁠ Maintain financial records: Keep accurate and complete records, including ledgers, journals, invoices, and receipts.&bull;⁠ Process transactions: Record and verify financial transactions, process invoices, payments, and reimbursements for accounts payable and receivable.&bull;⁠ Reconcile accounts: Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and general ledger entries to ensure accuracy.&bull;⁠ Financial reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and spreadsheets.&bull;⁠ Assist with audits: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and resolving discrepancies.&bull;⁠ Communicate: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and clients to resolve discrepancies, confirm charges, and discuss account statuses.&bull;⁠ Assist with taxes: Prepare and file tax returns and ensure timely payment of taxes.&bull;⁠ Support month-end and year-end close: Assist with the closing of financial records at the end of reporting periods.Qualifications&bull;⁠ ⁠A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related business field is often required.&bull;⁠ ⁠3+ years of experience in Wood flooring accounting (is a plus) or it can be in Marble &amp; Furnitures.&bull;⁠ ⁠Ability to analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and solve accounting problems.Benefits&bull;⁠ ⁠Competitive salary.&bull;⁠ 8 hours working shift, and overtime applies when it occurs.&bull;⁠ Bus transportation allowance from selective locations.&bull;⁠ ⁠Opportunities for professional development and growth.&bull;⁠ ⁠Supportive and collaborative work environment.Location &amp; Working hoursWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accountant specialist to join our company.
