Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews.</li><li>Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.</li><li>Maintain employee records and HR databases.</li><li>Support payroll processing and ensure attendance accuracy.</li><li>Assist with employee engagement initiatives and HR activities.</li><li>Handle employee queries, grievances, and basic HR counseling.</li><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR standards.</li><li>Prepare HR reports and analytics as required.</li><li>Coordinate training and development programs.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>X+ years of HR experience (experience requirements can be adjusted).</li><li>Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor regulations.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience in payroll systems.</li><li>Knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li></ul>Work Location: In person
