Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle correspondence via email, phone calls, and written communication with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.</li><li>Prepare, proofread, and transcribe documents, reports, presentations, and meeting notes with accuracy.</li><li>Organize files, maintain records, and ensure proper filing systems are in place for easy retrieval of information.</li><li>Provide office management support by overseeing supplies inventory, managing front desk duties, and ensuring a welcoming environment.</li><li>Conduct administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents, and managing multi-line phone systems efficiently.</li><li>Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in an executive administrative support role within an office environment.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.</li><li>Experience coordinating events or projects from inception through execution is highly desirable.</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette for handling inquiries via multi-line phone systems.</li><li>Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to supporting leadership through meticulous organization and proactive assistance!</li></ul>Pay: From $55,000.00 per yearApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Please do not call the Restaurant directly.
