The Nanny is to help keep their home of three (3) children running smoothly and support their family routine.Childcare ResponsibilitiesChildcare duties may include:<ul><li>Tag team partner with mom if she is town</li><li>School pickup</li><li>Helping transport children to activities when needed</li><li>Assist with homework/school projects and ensure completion</li><li>Snacks/Meal Prep for children</li><li>Supervising children at home as parents are finishing work</li><li>Occasional overnights with advance notice</li><li>Providing a calm, supportive presence for the kids</li></ul>House Manger Responsibilities:Household support duties include:<ul><li>Assist with household errands</li><li>Preparing healthy dinners for the children</li><li>Laundry (washing, folding, and putting away)</li><li>Keeping the kitchen and living areas tidy</li><li>General household organization and upkeep (NOT housekeeping)</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Start: NOW</li><li>Typical hours: Approximately 12:00&ndash;7:00 PM, Monday&ndash;Friday (35 hours)</li><li>Additional hours: Parents are busy, busy professionals and may have to travel for work, therefore an occasional overnights will be required &ndash; with advanced notice.</li></ul>Ideal Candidate:The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with experience managing a home and active children. This person should be flexible with a strong sense of ownership over daily operations. They are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling tasks solo with great discernment on what comes next&hellip;Most importantly the ideal candidate should be warm, patient, and comfortable supporting children as needed.
