Their older daughter is imaginative, creative, and kindhearted, with a love for reading, crafts, pretend play, unicorns, dragons, and all things make-believe.The family values curiosity, kindness, personal responsibility, and helping children develop confidence through age-appropriate challenges. They believe in balancing structure with free play, encouraging growth while still allowing children to enjoy being kids. Screen time is limited, and they prioritize outdoor activities, creativity, learning, and meaningful engagement.While prior childcare experience is important, the family places the greatest emphasis on finding a nanny whose personality, values, and caregiving style align well with their family.
