The Family:

A thoughtful Beacon Hill family is seeking a reliable and engaging nanny to care for their two daughters, ages 2 and 6.

Their younger daughter is curious, bright, and energetic. She loves books, music, puzzles, outdoor adventures, and discovering how the world works. Their older daughter is imaginative, creative, and kindhearted, with a love for reading, crafts, pretend play, unicorns, dragons, and all things make-believe.

The family values curiosity, kindness, personal responsibility, and helping children develop confidence through age-appropriate challenges. They believe in balancing structure with free play, encouraging growth while still allowing children to enjoy being kids. Screen time is limited, and they prioritize outdoor activities, creativity, learning, and meaningful engagement.

While prior childcare experience is important, the family places the greatest emphasis on finding a nanny whose personality, values, and caregiving style align well with their family. They are looking for someone who will become a trusted and consistent presence in their children's lives and who genuinely enjoys helping children learn, grow, and develop independence.

The family describes their ideal nanny as calm, positive, dependable, encouraging, and proactive. They are looking for someone who communicates well, values reliability, and enjoys helping children build confidence and responsibility.

One parent works remotely from a fully detached office located outside the home, allowing the nanny and children to maintain independence and their own daily routine throughout the day.
