• Schedule: Approximately 35 guaranteed hours per week

• Children: Two children (boy, 6 years old and girl, 3 years old)
• Salary: $30 to $40 per hour DOE

We are a warm, active, and busy family seeking a full time nanny to become a trusted and valued part of our household. We are looking for someone who is nurturing, engaging, proactive, and dependable, and who is excited to build a long term relationship with our family over the next one to two years.

Our home is unique in that both parents are often in and out throughout the day. Mom is frequently home and involved with the children, while Dad has an unpredictable work schedule that sometimes includes travel. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working alongside parents, enjoys open communication, and feels confident in a collaborative environment.

Our children are energetic, fun, and love staying active. Our oldest enjoys sports and school, while our youngest is curious, playful, and has a dairy allergy along with some gastrointestinal sensitivities that require extra attention. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and confidently manage her dietary needs while providing attentive and loving care.

Nanny Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, loving care for both children throughout the day
- Transport children to and from school and activities as needed using your own reliable vehicle
- Assist with homework and encourage age appropriate learning and development
- Plan engaging indoor and outdoor activities that promote creativity, exploration, and active play
- Prepare light meals and snacks for the children while accommodating dietary restrictions
- Help maintain daily routines and provide gentle guidance using positive reinforcement and natural consequences
- Complete children's laundry and keep children's spaces clean and organized
- Clean up after meals, activities, and playtime
- Provide occasional assistance with the family's friendly Husky, including walks when needed
- Be comfortable with occasional overnight care and occasional travel opportunities

Qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional full time nanny experience
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Experience caring for children in a similar age range
- Warm, trustworthy, punctual, engaging, and proactive
- Comfortable working in a home where parents may be present throughout the day
- Confident managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude
- Comfortable with a schedule split between morning/midday shifts and evening shifts across the week
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Comfortable around dogs

Schedule: Approximately 35 guaranteed hours per week. Most Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings and early afternoons are off, since both children are typically in school.

Two sample weekly schedules:

Sample A: Mon 2:30–10:30 PM | Tue 8:00 AM–4:00 PM | Wed 2:30–10:30 PM | Thu 8:00 AM–4:00 PM | Fri 3:00–8:30 PM | Sat OFF | Sun OFF

Sample B: Mon 3:00–8:30 PM | Tue 8:00 AM–4:00 PM | Wed OFF | Thu 8:00 AM–4:00 PM | Fri 3:00–8:30 PM | Sat OFF | Sun 8:00 AM–2:00 PM

Typical shift hours generally fall into either the 2:30–10:30 PM or 8:00 AM–4:00 PM range
