Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.</li><li>Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.</li><li>Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.).</li><li>Communicate findings to stakeholders through clear data visualizations and presentations.</li><li>Collaborate with business units to understand data needs and provide tailored solutions.</li><li>Monitor and track KPIs to support decision-making and performance improvement.</li><li>Document processes, methodologies, and findings for transparency and repeatability.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience (1&ndash;3+ years) as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.</li><li>Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases.</li><li>Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI or equivalent).</li><li>Solid understanding of statistical methods and data modeling.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros).</li><li>Familiarity with Python, R, or other data analysis programming languages is a plus.</li><li>Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for project tracking and work management.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical results to non-technical stakeholders.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.</li><li>Experience with ETL processes and data pipelines..</li><li>Understanding of business operations in healthcare.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Work From Home</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>IT and Health Care : 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic (Required)</li><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>100% (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
