The Administrative Operation Assistant is responsible for a wide range of administrative and general tasks that will vary day to day.<ul><li>Perform administrative work such as typing, filing, and sorting of paperwork</li><li>Maintain general office files, including vendor files and other files related to the company&rsquo;s operations</li><li>Support Operations with various spreadsheets, reports, and presentations</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information</li><li>Work closely and support the store teams and leadership to coordinate communication and reporting</li></ul>The right candidate will possess the following:<ul><li>Outgoing personality with a high energy level</li><li>Solid basic computer knowledge</li><li>Enjoys learning new things</li><li>Solid communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Customer service driven</li><li>Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality</li><li>Basic administration skills</li><li>Ability to multi-task</li></ul>EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook</li><li>Proficiency with automating manual processes / streamlining existing processes</li><li>Ability to prioritize and handle multiple functions in a fast paced environment.</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills for both internal and external relationships</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong organizational skills; must be detail oriented</li><li>Ability to multi-task</li><li>Open to change and willing to learn new skills</li><li>Ability to follow up on pending issues</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines</li><li>McDonald's experience is a plus!</li></ul>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>Ability to sit for extended periods of time</li><li>Extensive use of computer</li></ul>INTERNAL/EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS:This position requires interaction with other employees at all organizational levels and with outside sources.Job Type: Full-timePay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
