</li><li><b>Employee Development and Training: </b>Design and implement training programs to enhance staff competencies and support professional growth. Monitor mandatory training requirements, including those related to patient safety, ethics, and regulatory standards.
</li><li><b>Performance Management: </b>Develop and oversee performance evaluation systems to ensure consistent, fair, and constructive feedback. Align individual performance goals with organizational objectives to drive accountability and excellence.
</li><li><b>Policy Development and Implementation: </b>Formulate and update HR policies in line with legal requirements and accreditation standards. Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures across all departments.
</li><li><b>Employee Relations and Welfare: </b>Foster a positive workplace environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and grievance handling. Promote employee well-being initiatives and ensure a safe, inclusive work environment.
</li><li><b>Compensation and Benefits: </b>Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain talent. Monitor and ensure timely payroll processing and compliance with statutory obligations.
</li><li><b>HR Analytics and Reporting: </b>Utilize HR metrics to assess workforce performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making. Prepare and present reports for hospital leadership and accreditation bodies.
</li><li><b>Leadership and Collaboration: </b>Work closely with hospital leadership to align HR practices with operational goals. Lead, mentor, and guide the HR team to achieve departmental objectives.</li></ul></div>

His Mission was taken forward by Shri Balwantrai Sheth and Shri Vivek Vaidya. Mrs. Lata Munjal was the first Principal of the institution. Under the valuable guidance and support of Shri Amrishbhai Patel CNM school has achieved great progress in the field of academics and sports.The state of the art infrastructure has been planned and developed under the able guidance of Shri Bhupeshbhai Patel.<br>

The school started with 25 students, 1 teacher and 1 support staff in a small place at Gokhalibai School,Vile Parle on June 1997. The school had only a Junior KG section with Mrs. Cheryl Mukath as their teacher.<br>

The very next year the strength of the school grew to 154 students and by 2005 the strength was 3975 with eight divisions in each standard from nursery to standard Ten. After two years of its inception in 1999 the school got its new building, with the latest amenities for the students. The first batch of ICSE students passed out in 2003 with 22 students.

Mrs. Girija Mohan took over as the Principal from 2006 under whose stewardship, the school grew from strength to strength. In 2015, Mrs. Sangita Kukreti took over and the academics of the school got further cemented with latest technologies and new developments. In 2019, Mrs. Kavita Sanghvi stepped into the role of the Principal and introduced new concepts like &lsquo;STEAM&rsquo;, &lsquo;Coding&rsquo; &amp; &lsquo;Global Outlook&rsquo; within the curriculum . Today there are 3131 students, 175 teaching staff, 12 office staff and 20 support staff who run the school with remarkable efficiency and dedication.<br>
