Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end placement processes including internships and final placements.
• Liaise with corporate organizations to identify employment opportunities and build long-term relationships.
• Organize and facilitate campus recruitment drives, interviews, and selection processes.
• Work closely with students and faculty-in-charge to ensure smooth execution of placement activities.
• Identify students’ employment interests and guide them on career planning.
• Represent the institution at professional forums, industry events, and career-related platforms.
• Maintain and update placement databases, records, and reports.
• Collaborate with student committees to prepare placement brochures and related materials.
• Facilitate lateral and final placements.
• Develop industry interface by visiting companies and organizing training programs, CEO series, corporate projects, and industry visits.
  

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized statutory University.
  

Professional Certifications

• Certifications in HR, Training & Development, or Career Counseling will be an added advantage
  

Professional Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in coordination, handling, organizing, and conducting activities related to placements or similar profiles.
• Preference will be given to candidates with placement experience in educational institutions and/or the service sector.
