NathanNathan PC is growing! We are a family-owned creditors rights law firm in search of full-time Consumer Relations Specialists to join our team in our Birmingham, AL, office. We are looking for enthusiastic people with outstanding communications skills to work in a fun and fast-paced call-center environment. 
What you will do<ul><li>
Resolve calls and negotiate best solutions for consumers and clients in a challenging environment.</li><li>
Able to follow instructions and make educated decisions based on training and position knowledge.</li><li>
Must follow and fully comply with all Federal, State and Local collection laws and practices.</li><li>
Meet and exceed all production goals.</li><li>
Must pass continuing education/training evaluations.</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>

Compensation and Benefits<ul><li>
Hourly rate of pay based upon experience + monthly bonus potential (after completion of training period)</li><li>
