QHSE OfficerQualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.</li><li>Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 &amp; ISO 45001.</li><li>NEBOSH Certificate or Diploma.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of QHSE experience.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 &amp; ISO 45001).</li><li>Conduct internal audits, inspections, and risk assessments.</li><li>Ensure compliance with QHSE standards, legal requirements, and company policies.</li><li>Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Deliver QHSE training, toolbox talks, and safety awareness programs.</li><li>Prepare and maintain QHSE documentation and reports.</li><li>Promote a strong quality and safety culture across the organization.</li></ul>Preferred Immediate JoinersPay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

QHSE Officer

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Monitor and support daily production operations across extrusion, stranding, armoring, and cabling lines</li><li>Troubleshoot mechanical and process-related issues to minimize downtime</li><li>Set up and adjust machine parameters (line speed, temperature, tension) for different cable types/sizes</li><li>Conduct in-process quality checks and coordinate with QA/QC for product conformance</li><li>Assist in new product trials and process development for new cable specifications</li><li>Prepare and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and production reports</li><li>Coordinate with maintenance team for equipment servicing and breakdown resolution</li><li>Optimize raw material usage (copper/aluminum, PVC/XLPE compounds) to reduce wastage</li><li>Support production planning and shift-wise output tracking</li><li>Train and guide machine operators/technicians on correct process procedures</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards on the floor</li><li>Support internal/external audits (ISO, customer audits) with technical documentation</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, or Electrical Engineering</li><li>6&ndash;8 years' hands-on experience in cable/wire manufacturing or similar process industry</li><li>Strong knowledge of extrusion processes and cable construction (conductor, insulation, sheathing, armoring)</li><li>Familiarity with production machinery (extruders, stranders, armoring/braiding machines)</li><li>Good understanding of cable testing standards (IEC, BS, ASTM)</li><li>Strong problem-solving and process troubleshooting skills</li><li>Basic computer skills (MS Office, production reporting systems)</li><li>Team handling/supervisory experience</li></ul>Work Location: In person
