Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (English &amp; Spanish) Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our vibrant team. You will serve as the first point of contact, managing front desk duties, handling multi-line phone systems, and supporting various administrative functions with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to promote a welcoming atmosphere.</li><li>Handle clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and document preparation with attention to detail.</li><li>Support office management activities.</li><li>Utilize computer skills across platforms like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and other office software to complete daily tasks.</li><li>Assist with bookkeeping activities such as invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping procedures as needed. Skills</li><li>Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required for effective communication with diverse clients and team members.</li><li>Proven experience in front desk operations and office management roles.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.</li><li>Excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills to handle inquiries professionally.</li><li>Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry tools.</li><li>Experience with multi-line phone systems and office equipment such as printers and fax machines.</li><li>Ability to perform clerical duties such as filing, proofreading, typing quickly and accurately, and managing schedules effectively.</li><li>Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is a plus.</li><li>Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Previous personal assistant or administrative experience is highly desirable for supporting various office functions.
