We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (English & Spanish) Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our vibrant team. You will serve as the first point of contact, managing front desk duties, handling multi-line phone systems, and supporting various administrative functions with enthusiasm and professionalism.   • Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to promote a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Handle clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and document preparation with attention to detail.
  • Support office management activities.
  • Utilize computer skills across platforms like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and other office software to complete daily tasks.
  • Assist with bookkeeping activities such as invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping procedures as needed. Skills
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required for effective communication with diverse clients and team members.
  • Proven experience in front desk operations and office management roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills to handle inquiries professionally.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry tools.
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and office equipment such as printers and fax machines.
  • Ability to perform clerical duties such as filing, proofreading, typing quickly and accurately, and managing schedules effectively.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is a plus.
  • Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
