<p>
1. 12+ years of hands-on experience in operational management of biomass power plants, gasification or palletization facilities.</p>
<p>
2. Proven expertise in day-to-day plant operations, maintenance, troubleshooting and performance optimization</p>
<p>
3. Experience in biomass supply-chain management and coordination with Forest Departments and local communities</p>
<p>
4. Strong knowledge of health &amp; safety standards, environmental safeguards and SOP development.</p>
<p>
5. Experience in training and managing site-level technical teams.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
Education:
</b></p><p>Master&rsquo;s / bachelor&rsquo;s in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems or a related field.</p><p></p><p><br>
