Lead Pilot Operations Manager

Job Description:

1. 12+ years of hands-on experience in operational management of biomass power plants, gasification or palletization facilities.

2. Proven expertise in day-to-day plant operations, maintenance, troubleshooting and performance optimization

3. Experience in biomass supply-chain management and coordination with Forest Departments and local communities

4. Strong knowledge of health & safety standards, environmental safeguards and SOP development.

5. Experience in training and managing site-level technical teams.

Education:

Master’s / bachelor’s in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems or a related field.
