Job SummaryThe person will be responsible for managing the organization&rsquo;s financial records, accounting operations, and day-to-day administrative functions. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, compliance awareness, and efficient office administration skills to ensure smooth financial and operational functioning of the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting &amp; Finance<ul><li>Maintain accurate books of accounts, including cash book, bank book, ledgers, and vouchers</li><li>Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP or similar accounting software</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements</li><li>Manage bank transactions, reconciliations, and petty cash</li><li>Process payments, reimbursements, and expense tracking</li><li>Handle GST compliance including returns, challans, and reconciliations</li><li>Assist in TDS calculation, filing, and statutory compliances</li><li>Coordinate with auditors, CA, and statutory authorities</li><li>Maintain records for audits, inspections, and funding agencies</li></ul>Administrative Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage office administration and day-to-day operations</li><li>Maintain files, records, contracts, and official documents</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and suppliers</li><li>Assist in payroll processing, attendance, and staff records</li><li>Handle correspondence, emails, and official communications</li><li>Support management in preparing reports, presentations, and MIS</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Ensure adherence to statutory, financial, and organizational regulations</li><li>Prepare utilization certificates, financial reports, and documentation for grants, CSR, or projects</li><li>Maintain proper documentation for government and organisation requirements (if applicable)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
