Job Summary
The person will be responsible for managing the organization’s financial records, accounting operations, and day-to-day administrative functions. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, compliance awareness, and efficient office administration skills to ensure smooth financial and operational functioning of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
- Maintain accurate books of accounts, including cash book, bank book, ledgers, and vouchers
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP or similar accounting software
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage bank transactions, reconciliations, and petty cash
- Process payments, reimbursements, and expense tracking
- Handle GST compliance including returns, challans, and reconciliations
- Assist in TDS calculation, filing, and statutory compliances
- Coordinate with auditors, CA, and statutory authorities
- Maintain records for audits, inspections, and funding agencies
Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage office administration and day-to-day operations
- Maintain files, records, contracts, and official documents
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and suppliers
- Assist in payroll processing, attendance, and staff records
- Handle correspondence, emails, and official communications
- Support management in preparing reports, presentations, and MIS
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to statutory, financial, and organizational regulations
- Prepare utilization certificates, financial reports, and documentation for grants, CSR, or projects
- Maintain proper documentation for government and organisation requirements (if applicable)

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
