Events Marketing Coordinator Location: Boca Raton, FL Reports To: Director of Marketing Schedule: Full-Time, Monday &ndash; Friday, 9:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PMAbout the RoleNationwide Expos is seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Events Marketing Coordinator to help bring our home and lifestyle shows to life. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, enjoys collaborating with vendors and partners, and takes pride in executing marketing and event plans flawlessly.In this position, you will play a central role in building partnerships, creating content, managing pre-show planning, and supporting events on-site. You&rsquo;ll work directly with vendors, sponsors, influencers, third-party partners, and local organizations to ensure our shows are engaging, well-promoted, and successful.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild Partnerships &amp; Sponsorships<ul><li>Identify, reach out to, and build strong relationships with brands, vendors, and sponsors to create mutually beneficial partnerships.</li><li>Assist with the development of sponsorship packages and ensure all sponsor deliverables are completed accurately and on time.</li><li>Coordinate cross-promotional opportunities, including on-site activations and pre-show marketing initiatives.</li></ul>Content Creation &amp; Marketing Materials<ul><li>Design and produce marketing assets including flyers, social media graphics, email content, and event signage using Canva or Adobe Suite.</li><li>Support the marketing team in creating engaging content for both digital and print channels.</li><li>Ensure all creative materials align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate event messaging.</li></ul>Email &amp; Vendor Communications<ul><li>Produce email communications and on-site event letters to vendors prior to shows.</li><li>Build and send email blasts using Constant Contact, ensuring accurate information, branding, and timelines.</li><li>Maintain clear, professional communication with vendors, sponsors, and partners via phone, email, and in-person meetings.</li></ul>Influencer &amp; Community Outreach<ul><li>Research, engage, and coordinate with local and national influencers, bloggers, and content creators to promote upcoming shows.</li><li>Plan and manage influencer collaborations, giveaways, and promotional campaigns to increase event awareness and attendance.</li><li>Track and report on influencer performance and the impact of marketing campaigns.</li></ul>Pre-Show Planning &amp; Vendor Coordination<ul><li>Serve as a primary contact for vendors leading up to each event, ensuring they have the information and support needed to succeed.</li><li>Assist with creating detailed floor plans, production schedules, and audits for each show.</li><li>Coordinate logistics with vendors and internal teams to confirm setup requirements, deadlines, and any special needs.</li><li>Assist with pre-show preparations such as working with venues, auditing floor plans, &amp; overall ensuring our events are set.</li></ul>On-Site Coordination &amp; Promotions<ul><li>Assist with coordinating on-site signage and collateral, ensuring all displays are correctly placed and visually appealing.</li><li>Occasionally book and confirm third-party entertainment, presentations, or partners to enhance the show experience and promote engagement.</li><li>Support general event execution as needed, helping troubleshoot on-site challenges and ensuring a smooth experience for vendors and attendees.</li></ul>Giveaways, Incentives &amp; Engagement<ul><li>Conceptualize, organize, and execute contests, giveaways, and incentive programs for attendees and vendors.</li><li>Coordinate prize fulfillment, tracking, and sponsor contributions to ensure a seamless experience.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and partnership teams to maximize audience engagement before, during, and after the event.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 2+ years experience in event marketing, partnerships, client-facing roles, or related positions.</li><li>Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Comfortable speaking with clients, partners, and vendors regularly.</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Experienced in content creation with Canva or Adobe Suite.</li><li>Experience creating and sending email communications and blasts using Constant Contact.</li><li>Willingness to travel up to 4 times per year for on-site events.</li><li>Ability to work on-site as needed and maintain a full-time 9:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM schedule.</li><li>Creative thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Salary: $60,000 &ndash; $70,000</li><li>Travel pay and reimbursements</li><li>Commission opportunities</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental &amp; Life</li><li>Growth opportunities within a national event company</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Email marketing: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Boca Raton, FL 33487 (Required)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>25% (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
