Natural Encounters, Inc. is seeking a reliable, self-motivated GroundsMaintenance Technician to support our Ranch facility in Winter Haven. This role is essential to maintaining safe, functional environments that support animal care operations.</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Responsibilities:</b></h2><ul><li>
Grounds maintenance (mowing, trimming, landscaping)</li><li>
Routine repairs to buildings, enclosures, and equipment</li><li>
Operate tractors, mowers, chainsaws, lifts, and power tools</li><li>
Assist with light construction and facility projects</li><li>
Identify and resolve safety hazards</li><li>
Maintain tools and equipment</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Requirements:</b></h2><ul><li>
Experience in maintenance, landscaping, or construction</li><li>
Comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat</li><li>
Able to lift 50 lbs</li><li>
Valid Florida driver's license (or obtain within 60 days)</li><li>
Able to work occasional weekends or holidays</li></ul><p>
Compensation: $19&ndash;$22 per hour, based on experience.Full-time benefits available for eligible employees.</p><p>
