Natural Encounters, Inc. is seeking a reliable, self-motivated GroundsMaintenance Technician to support our Ranch facility in Winter Haven. This role is essential to maintaining safe, functional environments that support animal care operations.

Responsibilities:

• Grounds maintenance (mowing, trimming, landscaping)
• Routine repairs to buildings, enclosures, and equipment
• Operate tractors, mowers, chainsaws, lifts, and power tools
• Assist with light construction and facility projects
• Identify and resolve safety hazards
• Maintain tools and equipment

Requirements:

• Experience in maintenance, landscaping, or construction
• Comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Valid Florida driver's license (or obtain within 60 days)
• Able to work occasional weekends or holidays

Compensation: $19–$22 per hour, based on experience.Full-time benefits available for eligible employees.
