Role:The Senior Site &amp; Electrical Engineer is responsible for leading site execution and electrical works for solar rooftop and ground-mounted projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion while coordinating with project managers, contractors, and internal teams.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and supervise site execution of solar rooftop and ground-mounted projects.</li><li>Manage electrical installation activities: DC/AC cabling, inverters, LT/HT panels, earthing, and lightning protection.</li><li>Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, SLDs, BOQ, and safety standards.</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, technicians, vendors, and site teams.</li><li>Plan manpower, materials, and tools for smooth site execution.</li><li>Monitor material consumption and coordinate with stores for timely supply.</li><li>Conduct testing, commissioning, and synchronization with DISCOM.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation.</li><li>Ensure adherence to safety norms, statutory requirements, and quality standards.</li><li>Support project handover, as-built drawings, and completion documents.</li><li>Guide and mentor junior site and electrical engineers.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical / EEE (Mechanical or Civil with strong electrical experience can be considered).</li><li>3&ndash;8 years of experience in solar EPC / electrical / power projects.</li><li>Strong hands-on knowledge of rooftop and ground-mounted solar installations.</li><li>Experience in testing, commissioning, and grid synchronization.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple sites and lead teams independently.</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Solar PV system execution &amp; electrical engineering</li><li>Site management &amp; team leadership</li><li>Electrical testing &amp; commissioning</li><li>Problem-solving &amp; decision-making</li><li>MS Excel, reporting &amp; documentation</li><li>Strong communication &amp; coordination skills</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹12,199.07 - ₹45,772.37 per monthWork Location: In person

Role:The Junior Electrical &amp; Site Engineer supports site execution and electrical works for solar rooftop and ground-mounted projects under the guidance of senior engineers, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in day-to-day site execution for solar rooftop and ground-mounted projects.</li><li>Support electrical installation activities including DC/AC cabling, inverter installation, earthing, and mounting structures.</li><li>Take site measurements and assist in layout marking as per drawings.</li><li>Coordinate with technicians, contractors, and vendors at site.</li><li>Monitor material usage and report shortages or damages.</li><li>Maintain daily site reports, photographs, and basic documentation.</li><li>Follow safety standards and site discipline strictly.</li><li>Assist in testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical / EEE (Freshers are welcome).</li><li>Basic knowledge of electrical systems and solar PV projects (training will be provided).</li><li>Willingness to work at project sites and learn field operations.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting).</li><li>For freshers, a mandatory 2-year service bond is required.</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Basic electrical &amp; solar knowledge</li><li>Site coordination</li><li>Documentation &amp; reporting</li><li>Problem-solving</li><li>Teamwork &amp; adaptability</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: ₹9,557.28 - ₹25,727.28 per monthWork Location: In person
