Junior Engineer (Electrical)

Role:

The Junior Electrical & Site Engineer supports site execution and electrical works for solar rooftop and ground-mounted projects under the guidance of senior engineers, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day site execution for solar rooftop and ground-mounted projects.
• Support electrical installation activities including DC/AC cabling, inverter installation, earthing, and mounting structures.
• Take site measurements and assist in layout marking as per drawings.
• Coordinate with technicians, contractors, and vendors at site.
• Monitor material usage and report shortages or damages.
• Maintain daily site reports, photographs, and basic documentation.
• Follow safety standards and site discipline strictly.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical / EEE (Freshers are welcome).
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and solar PV projects (training will be provided).
• Willingness to work at project sites and learn field operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting).
• For freshers, a mandatory 2-year service bond is required.
