Paid time off and Holiday pay and Tips.Duties<ul><li>Conduct thorough inspections of residential, commercial, and outdoor areas to identify pest activity and entry points</li><li>Apply appropriate pest control treatments using sprays, baits, traps, and other tools in accordance with safety standards</li><li>Educate clients on pest prevention techniques and recommend ongoing maintenance plans</li><li>Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments performed, and client interactions for compliance and follow-up</li><li>Drive company vehicles safely between job sites while adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior experience in pest control is desirable, but not required. We are willing to train you.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record for safe vehicle operation</li><li>Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining high energy levels</li><li>Basic knowledge of sales techniques is a plus for promoting services and upselling maintenance plans</li></ul>This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to make a tangible impact by protecting properties from pests.
