The customer service representative will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, and resolve any emerging problems our customers might face accurately and efficiently.The ideal candidate has a desire to help people, can multi-task, is detail-oriented, possesses excellent communication skills, has customer service experience, and is interested in the Food and Beverage industry.Responsibilities<ul><li>Order processing and tracking.</li><li>Assisting with a high volume of incoming calls and emails from customers regarding their inquiries, concerns, and requests.</li><li>Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.</li><li>Data Entry &amp; Filing: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to help improve our products and services.</li><li>Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our brand's offerings to provide expert advice and recommendations.</li><li>Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities</li><li>Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.</li><li>Excellent phone etiquette</li><li>Adaptability: Comfortable with working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.</li><li>Product Knowledge: A willingness to learn about our brands and offerings.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Effective problem-solving skills: The ability to think on your feet and find creative solutions.</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.</li><li>Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player mentality.</li><li>Ability to follow instructions effectively and execute tasks as directed.</li><li>Ability to work independently.
