We are a family-owned business, and our customer base ranges from individual buyers to small and medium-sized businesses to Fortune 500 companies.

Nature’s Flavors is looking for a customer-oriented individual to join our team as a customer service representative. The customer service representative will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, and resolve any emerging problems our customers might face accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate has a desire to help people, can multi-task, is detail-oriented, possesses excellent communication skills, has customer service experience, and is interested in the Food and Beverage industry.

Responsibilities

• Order processing and tracking.
• Assisting with a high volume of incoming calls and emails from customers regarding their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
• Data Entry & Filing: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to help improve our products and services.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our brand's offerings to provide expert advice and recommendations.
• Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

Skills

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Adaptability: Comfortable with working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Product Knowledge: A willingness to learn about our brands and offerings.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective problem-solving skills: The ability to think on your feet and find creative solutions.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player mentality.
• Ability to follow instructions effectively and execute tasks as directed.
• Ability to work independently. Must possess excellent time management skills, including prioritizing and scheduling.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
