Senior Bookkeeper / Accounting Manager &mdash; JREAMcoBeverly Hills, CA &middot; HybridJREAMco is a multi-entity private label apparel and denim company based in LA. We need a senior bookkeeper to own day-to-day accounting so our CFO can focus on close, reporting, and strategy.Responsibilities<ul><li>Own all bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online &mdash; expenses, allocations, chart of accounts</li><li>Manage factory invoices and bill pay</li><li>Run payroll</li><li>Manage AP aging and weekly cash flow</li><li>Support month-end close with CFO and outside accountant</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>5+ years bookkeeping experience</li><li>Deep QuickBooks Online fluency, including cleanup of messy files</li><li>Apparel, manufacturing, or inventory-based business experience preferred</li><li>Strong general intelligence and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Open-minded about AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) &mdash; we use them across the company and expect this person to learn and experiment with us</li><li>Experience in the wholesale fashion industry</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>$80K&ndash;$100K base DOE</li><li>Health benefits</li><li>401(k) match</li><li>Hybrid: Beverly Hills office + remote</li></ul>Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have experience in the wholesale fashion industry? </li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Beverly Hills, CA 90211
