Senior Bookkeeper

Senior Bookkeeper / Accounting Manager — JREAMco

JREAMco is a multi-entity private label apparel and denim company based in LA. We need a senior bookkeeper to own day-to-day accounting so our CFO can focus on close, reporting, and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own all bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online — expenses, allocations, chart of accounts
• Manage factory invoices and bill pay
• Run payroll
• Manage AP aging and weekly cash flow
• Support month-end close with CFO and outside accountant

Requirements

• 5+ years bookkeeping experience
• Deep QuickBooks Online fluency, including cleanup of messy files
• Apparel, manufacturing, or inventory-based business experience preferred
• Strong general intelligence and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Open-minded about AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) — we use them across the company and expect this person to learn and experiment with us
• Experience in the wholesale fashion industry

Compensation & Benefits

• $80K–$100K base DOE

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
