We are seeking a qualified Company Secretary (CS) to join our dynamic team. As a CS, you will play a key role in managing corporate secretarial functions, maintaining statutory compliance under the Companies Act, and ensuring robust governance practices across the organization.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle all Registrar of Companies (ROC) filings and statutory compliance, including annual filings such as AOC-4, MGT-7/7A, DPT-3, and other relevant forms.</li><li>Maintain statutory records and company registers (minutes book, registers of directors/shareholders, etc.) in accordance with the Companies Act and Secretarial Standards.</li><li>Coordinate board and committee meetings: prepare agendas, notices, resolutions, and draft minutes; ensure accurate documentation and compliance with Secretarial Standards.</li><li>Monitor statutory and regulatory compliance on a day-to-day basis and implement necessary process improvements to reduce non-compliance risks.</li><li>Support internal and external compliance audits and regulatory inspections.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Excellent knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, secretarial practices, and corporate compliance requirements. ICSI</li><li>Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. ICSI</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple compliance tasks with accuracy.
