Key Responsibilities Production Planning &amp; Execution<ul><li>Plan and schedule daily production for printing, lamination, cutting, and finishing.</li><li>Ensure efficient utilization of machines, materials, and manpower.</li><li>Monitor order status and ensure timely completion and dispatch.</li></ul>Quality &amp; Process Control<ul><li>Address print defects, lamination issues, or material problems immediately.</li></ul>Team &amp; Workflow Management<ul><li>Supervise machine operators, helpers, and production staff.</li><li>Assign tasks and ensure discipline, safety, and productivity on the shop floor.</li><li>Provide training and guidance to improve skill levels.</li></ul>Machine &amp; Material Management<ul><li>Coordinate with maintenance team for machine servicing and breakdowns.</li><li>Monitor material consumption and reduce wastage.</li><li>Ensure availability of inks, films, paper, adhesives, and packaging materials.</li></ul>Coordination &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Work closely with Sales, Purchase, and Dispatch teams to meet customer deadlines.</li><li>Maintain daily production reports, output data, and machine performance logs.</li><li>Identify process improvements to reduce cost and increase efficiency.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
