Production Manager

Key Responsibilities Production Planning & Execution

• Plan and schedule daily production for printing, lamination, cutting, and finishing.
• Ensure efficient utilization of machines, materials, and manpower.
• Monitor order status and ensure timely completion and dispatch.

Quality & Process Control

• Address print defects, lamination issues, or material problems immediately.

Team & Workflow Management

• Supervise machine operators, helpers, and production staff.
• Assign tasks and ensure discipline, safety, and productivity on the shop floor.
• Provide training and guidance to improve skill levels.

Machine & Material Management

• Coordinate with maintenance team for machine servicing and breakdowns.
• Monitor material consumption and reduce wastage.
• Ensure availability of inks, films, paper, adhesives, and packaging materials.

Coordination & Reporting

• Work closely with Sales, Purchase, and Dispatch teams to meet customer deadlines.
• Maintain daily production reports, output data, and machine performance logs.
• Identify process improvements to reduce cost and increase efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
