The role of an Associate shall involve a multifaceted approach to supporting the Insolvency Professional (IP) in various capacities.This includes:&middot; Assisting in drafting legal documents, reports etc for submission to the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)&middot; Preparing agendas and minutes for creditor meetings,&middot; Reporting to regulatory bodies.&middot; Drafting petitions, applications, and replies&middot; Managing daily communications with stakeholders&middot; Providing steadfast support throughout the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and Liquidation process.Candidates having at least 2 years of post qualification professional experience shall be eligible to apply.Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;20,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Post Qualification: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
