Job Description: Digital MarketerPosition Overview: We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketer to develop, implement, and manage online marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current digital marketing tools, trends, and strategies, and will be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, display advertising, etc.).</li><li>Create engaging content and campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.</li><li>Plan and execute paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), ensuring maximum ROI.</li><li>Optimize website and landing pages for conversion using A/B testing and analytics insights.</li><li>Manage and grow social media platforms with creative campaigns and community engagement.</li><li>Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices.</li><li>Monitor, analyze, and report performance of all digital campaigns using analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, etc.).</li><li>Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align campaigns with overall business objectives.</li><li>Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and platforms.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).</li><li>Proven experience in digital marketing or related roles.</li><li>Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.</li><li>Experience with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.</li><li>Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console, Data Studio).</li><li>Basic design knowledge (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.</li></ul>Key Competencies<ul><li>Creativity and innovation</li><li>Strategic thinking and planning</li><li>Data-driven decision making</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively</li><li>Adaptability in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
