Ensure the company complies with laws like the Companies Act and other applicable regulationsPrepare and submit e-forms, returns, and other documents to the ROC in a timely mannerMonitor changes in company law and regulationsMaintain statutory registers and other company recordsAssist with corporate actions like mergers, acquisitions, and restructuringDraft and review legal documentsConduct secretarial audits to ensure compliance.Prepare and file various e-forms and statutory documents with the ROC and other authorities.Ensure timely filing of annual returns and other required compliancesHandle the filing of tax returns (Income Tax, GST, TDS) for companies and directorsAssist Chartered Accountants in completing audits by providing necessary documentationDraft and help vet various agreements and legal documents.Excellent communication, both written and verbalFamiliarity with The Companies Act, 2013, and LLP Act.Understanding of various compliance areas like GST, TDS, PF, and ESI.Assisting with the formation and registration of new companies and LLPs.Basic knowledge of preparing balance sheets and profit and loss accounts is beneficial.Qualified or Semi-Qualified CS (Fresher / Experienced) is highly preferred.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
