Ensure the company complies with laws like the Companies Act and other applicable regulations
Prepare and submit e-forms, returns, and other documents to the ROC in a timely manner
Monitor changes in company law and regulations
Maintain statutory registers and other company records
Assist with corporate actions like mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring
Draft and review legal documents
Conduct secretarial audits to ensure compliance.
Prepare and file various e-forms and statutory documents with the ROC and other authorities.
Ensure timely filing of annual returns and other required compliances
Handle the filing of tax returns (Income Tax, GST, TDS) for companies and directors
Assist Chartered Accountants in completing audits by providing necessary documentation
Draft and help vet various agreements and legal documents.
Excellent communication, both written and verbal
Familiarity with The Companies Act, 2013, and LLP Act.
Understanding of various compliance areas like GST, TDS, PF, and ESI.
Assisting with the formation and registration of new companies and LLPs.
Basic knowledge of preparing balance sheets and profit and loss accounts is beneficial.
Qualified or Semi-Qualified CS (Fresher / Experienced) is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
