You'll own
<ul>
<li>Tier 1 ticket brokering, triage and monitoring</li>
<li>SLA compliance across multiple queues</li>
<li>New account onboarding coordination with various departments &mdash; provisioning, setup, and workflow configuration</li>
<li>Client and Best Business Practices Documentation to keep records accurate</li>
<li>Procurement for licenses, equipment and various supplies</li>
<li>Detailed Inventory tracking</li>
<li>Reporting on performance, client usage and various other items</li>
<li>Data entry across core systems</li>
<li>Macro understanding of what, how and why we do what we do</li>
</ul>
You'll collaborate with
<ul>
<li>IT and Tier 2/3 support teams for escalations and handoffs</li>
<li>Managers, leads and project managers on workflow alignment</li>
<li>Business stakeholders who need clear, timely updates</li>
</ul>
What you bring
<ul>
<li>2+ years in IT support, service desk, or operational coordination</li>
<li>Experience with ticketing and project management platforms like Jira, Asana, Monday.com, etc</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail</li>
<li>Clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences</li>
</ul>
Bonus points
<ul>
<li>SaaS platform onboarding or account administration experience</li>
<li>ITIL Foundation or CompTIA A+ certification</li>
<li>Exposure to procurement and vendor contract workflows</li></ul> 


This is an on-site position; candidates must be able to work from our Babylon, NY office.</div>
