Operations Coordinator

You keep things moving. When tickets pile up, SLAs creep, and onboarding tasks fall through the cracks — you're the person who notices, acts, and gets everyone back on track.

You'll own

  • Tier 1 ticket brokering, triage and monitoring
  • SLA compliance across multiple queues
  • New account onboarding coordination with various departments — provisioning, setup, and workflow configuration
  • Client and Best Business Practices Documentation to keep records accurate
  • Procurement for licenses, equipment and various supplies
  • Detailed Inventory tracking
  • Reporting on performance, client usage and various other items
  • Data entry across core systems
  • Macro understanding of what, how and why we do what we do

You'll collaborate with

  • IT and Tier 2/3 support teams for escalations and handoffs
  • Managers, leads and project managers on workflow alignment
  • Business stakeholders who need clear, timely updates

What you bring

  • 2+ years in IT support, service desk, or operational coordination
  • Experience with ticketing and project management platforms like Jira, Asana, Monday.com, etc
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences

Bonus points

  • SaaS platform onboarding or account administration experience
  • ITIL Foundation or CompTIA A+ certification
  • Exposure to procurement and vendor contract workflows

This is an on-site position; candidates must be able to work from our Babylon, NY office.
