Job Title: Store &amp; Purchase Assistant Industry: FMCG / Food IndustryJob Description: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Store &amp; Purchase Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of store management, purchase operations, and inventory control within the FMCG / food industry.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage day-to-day store operations, including receipt, storage, and issue of materials.</li><li>Maintain accurate stock records and ensure timely updates in the system.</li><li>Handle purchase requirements, vendor coordination, and follow-ups for timely procurement.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation of GRN, invoices, purchase orders, and related records.</li><li>Monitor stock levels, identify shortages, and prepare purchase requisitions accordingly.</li><li>Support audits, compliance checks, and maintain hygiene standards as per industry requirements.</li><li>Prepare reports and assist management in cost control and budgeting.</li></ul>Candidate Profile:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of prior experience in store and purchase functions, preferably in the FMCG / food industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement processes, and vendor management.</li><li>Good computer literacy with fast and accurate typing skills.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.</li><li>Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy under pressure.</li></ul>Preferred Qualification:<ul><li>Graduate in any discipline (Commerce / Supply Chain / Food Technology preferred).</li><li>Candidates with prior experience in the food industry will be given added preference.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Store management: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
