The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to people management.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.</li><li>Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.</li><li>Assist in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documentation.</li><li>Support payroll processing and ensure timely submission of HR data.</li><li>Coordinate and conduct induction programs for new hires.</li><li>Manage employee engagement activities and grievance handling.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.</li><li>Coordinate with management on HR strategy, training, and development initiatives.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all HR operations.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in HR operations or recruitment.</li><li>Good knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HRMS tools.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment.</li></ul>Preferred Skills (Optional):<ul><li>Experience in IT / marketing / service-based industries.</li><li>Familiarity with performance management systems.</li></ul>Reporting To:DirectorJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
