Job Summary
We are seeking a data-driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns for our Digital Marketing Institute and Digital Marketing Company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in paid advertising platforms and a strong understanding of lead generation, conversions, and ROI-focused campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads (preferred for academic leads)
- Generate high-quality leads for:
- Academic courses (Digital Marketing, Data Science, Full Stack, etc.)
- Digital marketing clients and services
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum ROI
- Perform A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, and landing pages
- Track and analyze campaign performance using:
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Conversion tracking & pixels
- Optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
- Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad creatives
- Prepare performance reports and insights for management
- Stay updated with latest trends in paid marketing and platform updates
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Lead generation campaigns
- Understanding of:
- Funnel strategy & landing page optimization
- Keyword research & audience targeting
- Retargeting & remarketing strategies
- Basic knowledge of:
- SEO, SMO, and email marketing
- CRM & lead management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
- Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads is a plus
Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing
- Experience in education/academic lead generation preferred
- Experience in digital marketing agency environment is an advantage
