Job Summary

We are seeking a data-driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns for our Digital Marketing Institute and Digital Marketing Company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in paid advertising platforms and a strong understanding of lead generation, conversions, and ROI-focused campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • LinkedIn Ads (preferred for academic leads)
  • Generate high-quality leads for:
  • Academic courses (Digital Marketing, Data Science, Full Stack, etc.)
  • Digital marketing clients and services
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum ROI
  • Perform A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, and landing pages
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using:
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Conversion tracking & pixels
  • Optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
  • Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad creatives
  • Prepare performance reports and insights for management
  • Stay updated with latest trends in paid marketing and platform updates

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Strong hands-on experience in:
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Lead generation campaigns
  • Understanding of:
  • Funnel strategy & landing page optimization
  • Keyword research & audience targeting
  • Retargeting & remarketing strategies
  • Basic knowledge of:
  • SEO, SMO, and email marketing
  • CRM & lead management systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
  • Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads is a plus

Experience

  • 1–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing
  • Experience in education/academic lead generation preferred
  • Experience in digital marketing agency environment is an advantage
