Job SummaryWe are a fast growing Multi-Specialty dental practice and have an immediate need for a RDA/DA to join our dynamic team. Candidates should be friendly, professional, detail oriented, enthusiastic, self-motivated, energetic and hard working.We do only fee-for-service for providing high quality service. Our new modern office has state-of-the-art latest high-tech dental equipment and software.RDA/DA position could be Full-time or Part-Time. Compensation will depend on your level of experience.Excellent benefits for the right candidate which includes: Health Benefits &amp; Bonus Plan, Holiday pay-Sick pay, Vacation pay.Responsibilities<ul><li>Welcome customers in the dental office</li><li>Prepare customers for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort</li><li>Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed</li><li>Sterilize instruments according to Osha regulations</li><li>Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry</li><li>Able to pour diagnostic casts</li><li>Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions</li><li>Keep the dental room clean, well stocked, and set up for the next patient</li><li>Able to take readable x-rays ( no cone cuts/ overlapping)</li><li>Keep track of inventory and make a list of supplies that are running low</li><li>Keep RDA Lic, BLS,CRP up to date</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven Experience as a RDA/DA</li><li>Current RDA license is preferred</li><li>Prior knowledge of dental terminology</li><li>Current x-ray &amp; CPR certification</li><li>Coronal polishing certificate</li><li>Ability to make temporary crowns</li><li>Dentrix software experience is helpful, but not required</li><li>Prior experience working in a dental clinic or healthcare environment is required; familiarity with dental assisting is essential.</li><li>Proficiency in dental software systems such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft is highly preferred.</li></ul>Pay: $27.53 - $38.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Paid training</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
