 Neexon, a company providing Smart Home, Smart Building, and Smart City solutions, is hiring a Technical Sales Associate to support sales, client engagement, and lead management. The role focuses on customer interaction, follow-ups, solution presentations, and coordination with internal teams from inquiry to closing.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Call and follow up with leads generated from online and offline sources
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend walk-in customers and guide them on available smart automation solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Meet with potential clients to present company products and solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable automation solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with internal teams for quotations and follow-ups
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate lead, sales, and communication records
 </li>
 <li>
 Filter and qualify potential clients before escalation
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely and professional follow-ups to maximize conversion
 </li>
 <li>
 Submit weekly sales and activity reports to management
 </li>

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (any discipline)
 </li>
 <li>
 1&ndash;3 years of experience in technical, B2C/B2B sales, or client-facing roles
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Sales-driven mindset with good client-handling abilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Organized and detail-oriented
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
 </li>
 <li>
 Candidates with their own car will be preferred
