Role Overview

Neexon, a company providing Smart Home, Smart Building, and Smart City solutions, is hiring a Technical Sales Associate to support sales, client engagement, and lead management. The role focuses on customer interaction, follow-ups, solution presentations, and coordination with internal teams from inquiry to closing.


Key Responsibilities

  • Call and follow up with leads generated from online and offline sources
  • Attend walk-in customers and guide them on available smart automation solutions
  • Meet with potential clients to present company products and solutions
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable automation solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams for quotations and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate lead, sales, and communication records
  • Filter and qualify potential clients before escalation
  • Ensure timely and professional follow-ups to maximize conversion
  • Submit weekly sales and activity reports to management


Nice To Have

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
  • 1–3 years of experience in technical, B2C/B2B sales, or client-facing roles
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Sales-driven mindset with good client-handling abilities
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
  • Candidates with their own car will be preferred
