Business Developer & Upwork bidder (Full-Time, On-Site)

Salary: PKR 60,000 – 80,000 (based on experience & performance)

HAZS.pk is seeking a dedicated Upwork Bidder to join our team and help us win high-value projects in Video Editing and Motion Graphics.

Responsibilities:

• Write personalized, high-converting proposals from scratch
• Actively monitor and respond to job postings on Upwork
• Collaborate with the project team to align proposals with service offerings
• Log and track outreach progress via ClickUp
• Set appointments and qualified leads for the Creative Director
• Identify and convert new business opportunities (local & international clients)
• Handle inbound and outbound leads (WhatsApp, Email, Upwork, LinkedIn, Website forms)
• Qualify leads and understand client needs (video editing, ads, content, retainers)
• Pitch HAZS.pk services confidently and professionally
• Close deals, negotiate pricing, and upsell monthly retainers
• Maintain follow-ups and pipeline using ClickUp / CRM tools
• Coordinate with the production team for smooth onboarding
• Maintain records of leads, conversions, and client communication

Requirements:

• Strong English writing skills (US/UK style preferred)
• Understanding of the video editing and animation industry
• Prior experience in freelancing platforms like Upwork preferred
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently
• Self-motivated with a sales mindset
• Proven experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition
• Strong English communication (spoken & written)
• Understanding of digital services (video editing, social media, ads is a BIG plus)
• Confidence in pitching services and handling objections
• Organized, target-driven, and disciplined mindset
• Comfortable with WhatsApp, Email, Google Docs, CRM tools
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with a creative team
