Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Officer(BDO) to drive sales growth by identifying new clients, generating leads, conducting follow-ups, and coordinating showroom visits. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, field activity experience, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads from Architects, Builders, Construction sector, Hospitality, Govt/Private sector, and Retail clients.
  • Conduct client outreach through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person visits.
  • Schedule meetings or showroom visits for the Sales/BD team.
  • Maintain updated lead records in CRM/ERP systems.
  • Assist with quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
  • Follow up regularly to support conversion of leads to orders.
  • Coordinate with operations/logistics for delivery or order handling.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales activity targets.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Retail, Customer Handling, or Business Development.
  • Strong communication and client follow-up skills.
  • Experience with CRM/ERP or lead management tools is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Basic understanding of customer handling and sales workflow.
  • Minimum education: F.A OR F.SC (any discipline).
  • Must be comfortable with field visits and daily sales activities.
